These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products by www.felipecaparros.com (hereinafter felipecaparros.com) through its website www.felipecaparros.com
By placing an order on www.felipecaparros.com the user accepts the following terms.
1. Purpose Objective and Scope
The provisions herein govern the procurement of products and services offered by www.felipecaparros.com (hereinafter felipecaparros.com), an Internet-based commercial company that operates through the website www.felipecaparros.com (hereinafter “the website”), to its customers and/or users, providing its clients with products under the brand www.felipecaparros.com and any other products that may be added in the future. The general terms herein also govern the parties’ rights and obligations relating to the sale transactions entered into between them through the website.
2. Modification and Assignment
www.felipecaparros.com reserves the right to change, wholly or partially, these terms and conditions, which shall apply upon their publication on the webpage. In any case, these changes shall not have retroactive effects on the goods or services previously contracted by customers or users.
www.felipecaparros.com may freely assign and/or transfer at any time and without the authorization of the website’s users or customers the rights and obligations under these terms and conditions or the purchase of products through the website.
3. User and Customer Terms of Access
The website user shall have the right to free access of public information contained therein, though www.felipecaparros.com reserves the right to restrict access to information, promotions and special offers to registered customers.
All users accessing the www.felipecaparros.com website are entitled to register as customers, allowing them to take advantage of the special deals offered to registered customers as long as they comply with the specific terms of the deal indicated for each product.

5. Pricing and Payment Methods
www.felipecaparros.com reserves the right at all times to unilaterally change the price of products and services offered through the website. In order to guarantee for the customer the veracity and certainty of the price of its products, the price will be that which is shown at the time of the purchase.
The price of products is indicated on the website, as well as the corresponding taxes, shipping charges and, if applicable, insurance of goods for shipping and handling. The final cost shall be communicated to the client during the electronic purchasing process before accepting confirmation by choosing the "accept order" option from the menu of options.
www.felipecaparros.com may freely offer discounts or promotional giveaways to designated groups at any time or based on the product offered, depending on the current advertisement on the website.
The following systems are authorized for advance payments:
• Credit card through secure payment. No additional charges will be added to the total amount for payments made by credit card.
• PayPal. No additional charges will be added to the total amount for payments made through PayPal.

6. Order Confirmation
After the order is accepted, www.felipecaparros.com will inform the client by sending an order confirmation email indicating thereof.
7. Delivery of Orders
www.felipecaparros.com commitment towards the sale and delivery of the goods offered is subject to the availability of the advertised product and whether or not it is in currently stock. However, if the stock were depleted such that it became impossible to honor a given request, www.felipecaparros.com will provide the customer with a full refund or a replacement product approved by the customer.
In the event that www.felipecaparros.com detects exceptional circumstances or abusive behavior, such as abusive orders, interactive multiple orders or anything else that would cause or threaten to cause the unavailability of the product, the order and the written contract between the parties shall have no effect under this clause. In such cases www.felipecaparros.com may require further appropriate compensation for the damages caused.
7.1 Delivery Term
The customer shall receive the product within approximately fifteen (15) days of the day on which the order was accepted.
In the event of that the delivery is delayed more than 30 days from the approximate time of delivery established during order confirmation, and provided that the delay is attributable to www.felipecaparros.com, the client, upon written complaint (letter, fax or e-mail) may unilaterally cancel the order, with the amount paid being returned if the product is prepaid, in accordance with articles 103 and following of Royal Decree 1/2007.
7.2. Location and Delivery Method
The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of order by the customer. The goods will be delivered to the customer by a carrier, along with the packing slip that will include the necessary information to identify the customer and the order.
The goods are always covered by insurance against the risk of transportation and handling error.
Customers must ensure that the package is received in good conditions. Otherwise, they must indicate this fact on the delivery note, refuse the delivery and provide written notice to www.felipecaparros.com within 24 hours. If the product is damaged or does not conform to expectations due to transportation (which may not be apparent or externally visible at the time of delivery) the customer shall notify www.felipecaparros.com via email within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
Merchandise that has not been delivered within seven (7) business days of leaving PICGLAZE’s facilities for reasons not attributable to the seller shall be returned to the seller, with the full amount paid for the product being returned in the case of prepaid orders, with the exception of return to sender costs.
8. Warranty
Warranty and after sales services are governed by the provisions of Royal Decree 1/2007, Article 114 and following, a legal framework aimed at providing the consumer with options for remedying the situation when the purchased product violates the contract. This gives the customer the option to demand the repair or replacement of the product, unless one of these options is impossible or disproportionate.
When repair or replacement is not possible or would be disproportionate, the consumer may demand a price reduction or have the contract rescinded.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The customer may cancel the contract within seven (7) business days from receipt thereof by notifying www.felipecaparros.com within that time to the appropriate return information (return number, shipping method and return address) with the return of the price he would have paid for the product. Costs associated with the order or its shipment shall not be payable.
Because the products in question are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized, the customer may only exercise his right of withdrawal in the case of error or defect in the product.
www.felipecaparros.com will not be held responsible for returns on products handled or damaged by the client.
The delivery of a potential refund will not be directly managed at www.felipecaparros.com facilities, but rather it will be delivered to the carrier for shipment.
To avoid any incident, flaw or damage to the product during transportation, these products must be protected by additional outer packaging, exactly as they were delivered to the customer's home.
All product returns that do not have the original packaging will be rejected.
10. User or Customer Obligations
Users or customers must:
1. When uploading files for orders, acknowledge that they have the right to reproduce and disseminate each file’s content and materials.
2. Guarantee that the content and materials sent to www.felipecaparros.com do not violate the law. The user specifically guarantees that:
a) he or she shall ​send neither illegal content or materials nor elements that may encourage someone to commit a crime;
b) neither child protection laws nor criminal laws are violated;
c) the files, content and materials submitted will not violate trademark protection rights or intellectual property rights or other third party property rights, nor the general rights of an individual or any other right of a third party.
Keep their personal password with due diligence
Respect the purchase agreement once the order has been, including the timely payment of the agreed upon price and abstention from abusive and unlawful conduct.
11. www.felipecaparros.com Right to Reject Orders
www.felipecaparros.com may reject orders for the following reasons, with the appropriate email notification being sent to the customer:
1. For lack of stock or default of the customer
2. For presenting images whose content is illicit, immoral or contrary to good taste or poses a clear violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties.
3. For lacking the sufficient quality, definition or size to allow the development of the product according to the standards of www.felipecaparros.com.
12. Customer Service and Complaints
www.felipecaparros.com shall address all customer queries or complaints immediately and promises to reply as quickly as possible.

13. Contract’s Place of Execution
The place of execution for contracts signed through the website is presumed to be the buyer’s domicile.
14. Applicable Law
Purchases made through www.felipecaparros.com are subject to Spanish law.
